BRMS, BUMS & MBBS

Dear Friends,

Tongue out BRMS, BUMS & MBBS Sealed

The National Health Minister and his friends in all the states in India are in agreement to start the BRMS (Bachelor in Rural Medicine & Surgery) course to solve the shortage of doctors in rural India and save us all.

All our political leaders are very far sighted and we should not question them. In Kerala we still have the "Thasildaropathy" option in our Travancore-Cochin Medical Council Act. Fortunately, the Thasildars here, not powerful like the Pharmacists, are not ready to exercise that option.

Now, the National Government having come out with BRMS course, we must cooperate with them and take this country back to the 15th century. From there we can start things fresh. That is what our leaders badly need.

So to solve the shortage of doctors in urban areas we must have BUMS (Bachelor of Urban Medicine & Surgery) doctors and purely for export we can have the MBBS doctor.

Long live India, Jai Hind.

The Kerala State IMA should have taken the steps that have ALREADY been taken by QPMPA in these Issues. Eventhough both the Past & Present IMA Leaders & Majority of the IMA Members are working in Private Sector, why the IMA shows a 'VALLYETTAN' attitude towards QPMPA?
